Requirements
- Candidate must have Bachelors Degree and 9 years engineering experience, OR Masters Degree and 6 years engineering experience, OR a PhD and 2 years engineering experience
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated functional management experience
- US Citizenship is required
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance (NG will sponsor)
- CLEARANCE TYPE: SCI (job header)
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise architectures including Windows Server, RHEL, virtualization, and storage technologies
- Working knowledge of containerization, automation, and Software Defined Networking (SDN)
- Experience with CI/CD Pipeline, DevOps, and Networking
- Support deployment pipelines using the Atlassian suite and other CI/CD toolsets
- Automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency through scripting and scheduling tools
- Demonstrated experience with earned value management; Manage Cost Account Management (CAM) and Risk Management activities
- Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time
- Preferred: Current, active DoD Top Secret clearance
- Preferred: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Preferred: Broad technical background across IT, software development, and cybersecurity
- Preferred: Experience with U.S. Government contracts or defense systems
- Preferred: Experience as a technical lead, functional lead, or leadership in the military
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with networking technologies from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, F5, and Ciena
- Preferred: Ability to create and interpret network architecture and configuration diagrams using commercial tools
- Preferred: Experience in recruiting and developing top engineering talent
