About the role

  • Lead Software Quality and Mission Assurance functions within SDS/Sentinel to ensure mission success
  • Perform technical reviews as required including CDRLs, test plans, test procedures, etc.
  • Support Segment review boards and review of associated packages including Technical Review Board, Change Control Board, Risk & Opportunity Management Board
  • Ensure execution of Sentinel SQA & MA tasks in compliance with Program, Division, Sector, and Company processes
  • Support allocation of personnel to the program to ensure sufficient mission assurance coverage
  • Support preparation and execution of Root Cause & Corrective Actions (RCCA)
  • Develop and maintain Quality scorecard Metrics
  • Support preparation of the Program Review packages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience; Master's degree and 3 years of experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
  • Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP)
  • Experience with Mission Assurance and Software Quality Engineering practices and processes
  • Experience in process monitoring, data collection, analysis, and metrics reporting
  • Experience with root cause corrective actions (RCCA)
