Directly lead and manage a team of Project Managers supporting multiple Utah sites, setting clear expectations and driving performance.
Oversee a portfolio of capital projects, ensuring alignment to business priorities, budgets, and schedules.
Serve as a liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management to ensure effective coordination and communication.
Monitor project performance, including cost, schedule, and scope; prepare and present status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Act as a working leader by managing a select portfolio of projects while modeling strong project execution practices.
Identify project risks and issues, and lead resolution efforts to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
Establish and improve project management processes, tools, and tracking mechanisms to drive consistency and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Northrop Grumman policies, procedures, and production environment requirements.
Lead employee development efforts, including coaching, performance management, and ongoing learning and growth opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 6 years of experience in Project Management, Engineering, or related STEM field
Experience managing capital construction, facilities, or procurement projects
Experience leading projects with responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance outcomes
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
PMP certification (Preferred)
Prior people leadership experience (Preferred)
Aerospace & Defense or manufacturing environment experience (Preferred)
Facilities or construction project experience (Preferred)
