About the role

  • Manage the execution of all System Test tasks
  • Support technical reviews such as System Requirements Review (SRR) and Preliminary Design Review (PDR)
  • Prepare, coordinate and brief execution status and risks at program meetings
  • Maintain and update system test process documentation
  • Supports Program Management in new business pursuits
  • Manage the baseline of new engineering projects
  • Responsible for the successful development and execution of test plans and procedures to support program.
  • Perform workforce planning in collaboration with the functional homeroom.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations.
  • Perform CAM duties for T&E cost accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university.
  • 14 years engineering experience with Bachelors; 12 years engineering experience with a Masters; 10 years of engineering experience with a PhD
  • Previous Test and Evaluation knowledge and experience.
  • Must have an active DoD Top Secret or higher clearance.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to the commencement of employment.
  • 9 years or more technical experience relating to system engineering, software engineering, or integration and test.
  • Experience managing a direct report staff.
  • Earned Value Management System experience.
  • Ability to analyze data and extract trends, anomalies, and errors.
