About the role
- Support the cross-functional activities of Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Sector Business Management
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of an organization of approximately 1600 employees
- Manage indirect expense planning and monitoring
- Handle direct allocations, capital and NCTA budgeting/tracking
- Provide time charging and compliance policy guidance
- Conduct manpower forecasting
- Support and monitor operations of the aircraft service center
- Assist with integration and test operations and resource requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word)
- Ability to work on-site at one of the US NG sites
- Oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
