Lead and direct one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and modification of IT projects that span across functional organizations.
Manage and track status of projects, metrics, financial budgets, and EACs.
Manage schedules and prepare status reports; ensure project remediation and ongoing compliance goals are met.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project execution plans, including scope, schedule, resources, risk, and cost baselines.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meets technical requirements of the assignment.
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and programmatic risks; maintain risk registers and drive corrective actions.
Adopt a positive attitude about Agile processes, ensure tasks are flowing from one phase to the next, and facilitate the basics of the process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related professional work experience or Master's Degree and 3 years of related professional experience
Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related professional work experience, or Master's degree with 6 years related professional experience
Ability to obtain a Secret level clearance
Familiarity with project management tools including Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Project, Planisware, or equivalent
Demonstrated expertise in end to end project planning, schedule development and cost control (EVM)
Proven track record of leading multiple, high complexity, concurrent assignments
Active DoD Secret security clearance, or higher
Experience leading and managing IT related projects in an Agile/SAFe environment
Agile or SCRUM certifications.
