About the role

  • Responsible for Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Develop requirements and multiple system engineering models
  • Coordinate & collaborate with System Engineering Teams
  • Support system, segment, element and unit level trade studies
  • Define high-level functional and performance requirements and verification methods
  • Track lower-level requirements through design, verification, integration, and operational validation
  • Create, mature and present comprehensive technical charts for milestone meetings
  • Identify required contractual deliverables and driving corresponding updates to closure
  • Coordinate with diverse engineering design teams to manage the technical baseline

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) discipline
  • 2 years of experience; 0 years with master’s degree
  • US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance
  • 1+ year of experience developing or reviewing requirements within DOORS or similar tool
  • 1+ year of experience in ICBM (MMIII or Sentinel) OR complex aerospace/defense systems
  • 1+ year of experience in team environments with leadership responsibilities
  • 1+ year of experience creating, updating, and maintaining system performance documentation
