About the role

  • Supports, maintains, and/or resolves incidents on enterprise-wide Product Lifecycle Management systems and/or applications software
  • Involved in supervised planning of system maintenance and upgrade deployments
  • Provides operational end user support, guidance, and incident management to agreed service levels
  • Performs or supports testing and maintenance of system corrections as well as creating and maintaining internal knowledge base documentation
  • End-user support of TeamCenter PLM software
  • Monitor, address, and resolve Teamcenter production environment incidents, service requests, workflows, client install packages
  • Document all aspects of system support such that knowledge is readily shared
  • Support system integration testing with business users as necessary
  • Provide demos to users as and when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with zero (0) years of experience or 4 years of experience in lieu of education
  • Familiarity with Systems Software support, development and maintenance
  • Experience with supporting applications
  • Experience with desktop, end-user support and incident resolution
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) with the ability to obtain a SAP
  • Ability to obtain a Security+ certification within 1 year
