About the role
- Identify opportunities and pursuits that drive our segment’s growth in the Weapons System Division portfolio
- Deliver an extraordinary customer experience across our global customer environment
- Infuse our strategic focus and messaging into all elements of our customer engagement
- Identify and implement business development pursuits relating to new markets, products, industries, technologies, or services
- Coordinate collaboratively with other internal functional departments to identify, prioritize and execute business development projects
- Develop and disseminate information on a regular basis to all pertinent parties concerning the fulfillment of European Strategy and Business Development goals and objectives
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in Business Development, International Affairs, or Business (or a related discipline)
- Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs or Business (or a related discipline) with a minimum of 8 years experience, Aerospace and Defense industry experience a strong preference
- Master’s degree in Business or a related discipline with a minimum of 6 years experience, Aerospace and Defense industry experience a strong preference
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with CRM tools (SalesForce preferred)
- Must be able to travel as needed (up to 50% of the time)
