Requirements

14 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; OR 12 years with a Master's; OR 10 years with a PhD
Proven expertise with Databricks and associated technologies (Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Spark)
Hands-on experience with cloud-native data services (Azure, AWS)
Demonstrated ability to build enterprise-level data solutions from concept to production
Strong command of Python and SQL or similar programming languages
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes for non-technical audiences
Ability to address complex technical challenges for stakeholders at all organizational levels
