About the role
- Utilize and apply leadership and technical skills to help lead transformational change
- Develop streamlined, well-documented lean processes
- Responsible for sustained metric-driven continuous improvement
- Execute complex capacity assessments
- Facilitate large and complex Kaizen events
- Set and maintain team priorities
- Develop, define and improve manufacturing and functional processes
- Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering
- Minimum 9 years of engineering experience, including experience with methods, program planning, cost analysis and scheduling
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment for any kind of industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of people management/leadership
- Five years of experience training professionals in lean and business transformation Processes
