About the role
- Designing, developing, and sustaining the Teamcenter PLM platform
- Implementing functionality based on the direction of the PLM Architect and customer requirements
- Directing the development of functionality interfacing Teamcenter with applications
- Researching, designing, developing, and/or modifying enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software
- Planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards
- Evaluating interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system
- Documenting testing and maintenance of system corrections
Requirements
- Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant software development experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant software development experience; OR an Associates degree with 7 years of relevant software development experience; OR a high school diploma with 9 years of relevant software development experience
- At least 2 years of software development/customization experience with Siemens Teamcenter Unified, which includes the related experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading the software
- At least 2 years of experience integrating software components (and third-party software) with Siemens Teamcenter Unified, or an equivalent Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system
- At least 2 years of experience creating functional specifications by collaborating with IT and customer teams to determine scope, project expectations, detailed design documentation, and supporting internal integration and user testing, which includes evaluating user feedback
- At least 2 years of software development experience in Object Oriented Software Development, C++, Java, JavaScript, JSON, BMIDE, along with code management systems like TFS, SVN, or Git
- Must be able to obtain (and maintain) a DoD Secret level security clearance as a condition of continued employment.
