About the role
- Supports, maintains, and/or resolves incidents on enterprise-wide Product Lifecycle Management systems and/or applications software
- Provides operational end user support, guidance, and incident management to agreed service levels
- Performs or supports testing and maintenance of system corrections
- Provides IT-focused end-user support in areas of best practice development, operations support, and problem resolution for the engineering community
- Serves as a Subject Matter Expert in Siemens products including Teamcenter Unified
- Addresses end-user incidents and requests for assistance within agreed service level guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or 4 years of experience in lieu of education
- Familiarity with Systems Software support, development and maintenance
- Experience with supporting applications
- Experience with desktop, end-user support and incident resolution
- An active DOD Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain an SAP
- Ability to obtain a Security+ certification within 1 year
