About the role
- Lead the ATL Material Control and Planning team for the ATL Foundry
- Oversee all production planning, scheduling and material control teams
- Manage Material Management and Material Control Operations
- Collaborate with Global Supply Chain (GSC) and Quality and Manufacturing Engineering (QME) organizations to procure materials
- Work closely across functions to align inventory levels with schedules and forecasts
- Guide the Foundry Material Planning team in developing material requirement plans
- Support SAP planned production order processing, manual requisition writing, material kitting
- Manage and define material data and documentation within NGMC document management systems
- Exhibit strong leadership skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations, material control, production control, manufacturing, supply chain management, and/or production environment
- 3+ years of demonstrated successful people management experience
- Experienced in presenting to executive staff / leadership
- Experience with basic manufacturing and production concepts
- Experience in the semiconductor or related industry
- U.S. Citizenship required
- The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance is required
