The candidate will be assigned to support the Regional Apps cross-functional product teams in Colorado in developing and expanding the suite of automated tests run within the software development CI/CD pipelines during software development and upgrades.
The candidate will actively participate in agile planning and execution activities.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred, along with 5 years of experience; or a Master’s degree (preferred) in a related field with 3 years of relevant work experience; or 9 years of relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree
Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start
A current active DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (such as Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA, etc.), at the time of application, is required to start
Must be able to support the development of automated test plug-ins for integration into the software development pipelines of a mature, software-intensive system that is currently being upgraded to add new capabilities
Use of DoD test methodologies, functional capabilities related to automated test development and execution, along with the ability to analyze results from automated tests and recommend updates to the software under test
Ability to develop plug-ins for testing: Java C++ or Fortran software and incorporate them into CI/CD pipelines
