About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a trusted advisor for managers
- Coach managers on performance conversations, feedback, and decision-making
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters across Europe
- Provide guidance to managers navigating sensitive situations
- Oversee employee offboarding process and conduct exit interviews
- Partner with managers in performance management processes
- Support annual compensation review process
- Facilitate calibration sessions for performance ratings
- Work closely with global colleagues to strengthen people programs
- Utilize data and emerging tools to drive smarter workforce decisions
- Anticipate risks and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR Advisor role
- Ideally, a formal qualification in HR or a related business discipline
- Solid experience in employee relations, organizational behaviour, performance management, policy implementation and employment practices across Europe
- Global HR experience strongly preferred
- Exposure to the energy sector is a plus
