About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a trusted advisor for managers
Coach managers on performance conversations, feedback, and decision-making
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters across Europe
Provide guidance to managers navigating sensitive situations
Oversee employee offboarding process and conduct exit interviews
Partner with managers in performance management processes
Support annual compensation review process
Facilitate calibration sessions for performance ratings
Work closely with global colleagues to strengthen people programs
Utilize data and emerging tools to drive smarter workforce decisions
Anticipate risks and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR Advisor role
Ideally, a formal qualification in HR or a related business discipline
Solid experience in employee relations, organizational behaviour, performance management, policy implementation and employment practices across Europe
Global HR experience strongly preferred
Exposure to the energy sector is a plus
