About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the quality of the Digital Services Infrastructure and End User Computing projects
- Responsible for Infrastructure Test Strategy for Infra Changes and Projects
- Lead and manage Infra Test Delivery activities
- Build and maintain quality standards and ensure application teams deliver quality testing
- Accountable for performing root cause analysis for continuous change quality improvement
- Serve as a team lead and plan required talent, capacity and growth to build a robust motivated delivery team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related field and equivalent experience.
- Related Certifications in areas of Computer Infrastructure, Testing, and Project Management.
- Familiar with Automated Testing Types, Environments, Frameworks (Linear, Modular, Data-Driven..etc)
- Solid understanding and some experience in various testing discipline concepts: functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, non-functional requirement testing, and performance testing
- Test management experience including soliciting requirements, producing test strategy, effort estimation and test schedules.
- Good understanding of Computer Systems Architecture and Data Center Services and Operations.
- Infrastructure Administration, Automation Concepts, Diagnostics and Troubleshooting.
- COTS Products LifeCycle, Patching, Upgrades and Deployment into Environments (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod).
