About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- preparing and reviewing legal documentation for complex commercial loan transactions
- ensuring all documents comply with corporate credit policy, regulatory standards, and internal guidelines
- collaborating closely with relationship banking staff, legal departments, and external counsel

Requirements
