Key responsibilities & impact

Manage workforce planning, including headcount tracking and resource allocation
Review, consolidate, and produce recurring financial and productivity reporting
Track and forecast dollar and FTE savings, including surrendered posts and productivity-driven closures
Lead development and communication of strategic business plans
Review financial forecasts provided by practice leads and ensure we are managing performance against plan
Quantifies the impact of efficiency initiatives on financial goals
Support development and maintenance of dashboards for decision making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in financial analysis
Experience working with management reporting, dashboards, or financial data models
Ability to review, consolidate, and validate financial data for accuracy and completeness
Experience identifying trends, variances, and key drivers of business performance
