Requirements
What you’ll need- 8 years of experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, or related HR roles
- Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership stakeholders
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise talent processes
- Advanced synthesis and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
