Key responsibilities & impact

Develops operational metrics to track workload and provide transparency to processes
Responsible for establishing and maintaining procedures and processes documents to improve the efficiency of the group and actively guide and support team
Operates independently; has in-depth knowledge of business unit / function
As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level
Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult
Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities
Conducts preliminary analysis
Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management
Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas
Takes a new perspective on existing solutions
Exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams
Works within broad guidelines and policies

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Finance is preferred
MBA or other advanced degree and a professional Procurement/ Supply Chain Management designation (e.g. CSCP, CPM) are a strong plus
Six or more years’ experience in Sourcing or Procurement related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
May lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
