About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist Wealth Strategists with all aspects of the sales process relating to identification of potential prospects
  • Work on active calling efforts; researching and uncovering potential prospects
  • Prepare materials for client meetings and new business presentations
  • Coordinate sales activities around seminars and events
  • Review new business documentation prepared by sales associates
  • Model pricing on new opportunities
  • Ensure timely management of the sales process
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of trust-oriented services
  • Communicate with partner areas on all aspects of a prospect/client relationship
  • Assist in special projects as requested by GFO executive team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong computer skills, Salesforce experience preferred
  • 2-5 years of financial services sales or relationship management experience
