About the role
- Execute the day-to-day Chief Operating Officer responsibilities for TNTC-IB
- Oversee key initiatives and projects
- Identify, communicate and implement business priorities with leadership team
- Oversee transactional banking services and multi-currency accounts
- Manage lending/credit facilities for qualified clients
- Supervise agency securities lending offerings
- Oversee FX trading solutions and activities
- Coordinate transition management services to clients
- Ensure adherence to operational, regulatory, and corporate guidelines
- Deliver clear, concise, actionable reporting to senior leadership and governance committees
- Maintain knowledge of risk and regulatory environments and collaborate with Risk and Compliance
- Sponsor key initiatives including business and regulatory change
Requirements
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Detailed experience in financial services industry, including regulatory and banking experience
- Self-motivated with strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change
- Excellent critical and creative thinking, decision-making and innovative problem-solving skill
- Confident in making decisions and addressing conflict
