Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • RN hires on or after 7/1/2016 must graduate from a BSN program within 6 years of hire into an RN position
  • Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid participating compact license required
  • BLS certification required
  • ACLS certification required
  • CNOR certification preferred
  • Ability to practice within the ANA Scope of Practice, ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses, and specialty standards
  • Ability to perform sterile-field and infection-control procedures
  • Ability to maintain accurate patient and EMR documentation
  • Ability to comply with state and federal regulations and organizational policies
  • Ability to complete mandatory modules and job-specific training
  • Called required
