About the role
- Manage the student experience for specific programs within the EDGE team
- Advise and assist learners with academic and program concerns
- Work with instructional support team to facilitate learner engagement
- Develop and implement communication and engagement plan for learners
- Organize and attend live sessions and assist with delivery as needed
- Collect information and distribute reporting for learner success metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- two to four years of student support and/or operations management experience
- Highly developed people skills
- Strong organizational, problem solving, administrative, and time management skills
- Ability to analyze, synthesize, and summarize data
- Demonstrated strong business writing and project management skills
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment
