About the role
- Support the Amicus program team under the leadership of the Program Director
- Responsible for administrative, communications, logistical, and programmatic elements of the project
- Assist on a variety of impactful projects
- Create, maintain and monitor project documentation
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
- Coordinate with diverse stakeholders on action items
- Develop and maintain databases for tracking individuals and organizations engaged in the project
- Manage logistical arrangements for programming
- Draft communications and update the website
Requirements
- Previous experience running or managing projects
- Strong time-management and effective communication skills
- Ability to prioritize both routine and high-level tasks
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Plan and coordinate events and program logistics
- Maintain and disseminate information in an organized manner
- Problem-solving with agility and professionalism
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Understanding and knowledge of social media
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 – 4 years of professional experience
