About the role

  • Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided; no cold calling)
  • Work remotely to meet with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates
  • Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need
  • Execute top-notch customer service as a Sales Operation Manager
  • Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job
  • Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
  • Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs
  • Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner
  • Be dispatched from home and travel to job sites; attend scheduled office meetings as needed

Requirements

  • Must be in New Jersey
  • Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems
  • Basic Math
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
  • Ability to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs
