• Completely Project Manage assigned residential reconstruction projects, ensuring correct production and quality control efforts meet Dry Force standards
• Selling and closing the Residential Reconstruction job to the Homeowner
• Building estimates using Matterport software into production
• Coordinating internal pre/post-production efforts
• Assisting customers through the insurance claims process
• Managing subcontractors, insurance companies, coworkers, and customers
• Inspection of job sites on a regular basis
• Complete all reconstruction jobs efficiently, maintaining profitable revenue expectations
• Maintaining safety standards at all times
