• Within Salesforce, completely Project Manage assigned residential reconstruction projects, ensuring correct production and quality control efforts meet Dry Force standards
• Selling and closing the Residential Reconstruction job to the Homeowner

• Ensure through an effective liaison relationship, the insurance adjuster approves the estimate
• Managing subcontractors, insurance companies, coworkers, and customers
• Inspection of job sites on a regular basis
• Effectively briefing and communicating with peers, staff, and leadership
• Complete all reconstruction jobs efficiently, maintaining profitable revenue expectations
• Maintaining safety standards at all times

Accountant

• Invoice processing, accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations
• Financial record-keeping, and payroll support
• Ensure accurate commission calculations and process payroll while maintaining vendor and financial records
• Enter and verify invoices, payments, and purchase orders in the accounting system
• Process accounts payable & receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate records
• Calculate, track, and verify commission-based payroll payments before processing
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
• Assist in generating financial reports and maintaining compliance with company policies
• Work independently, prioritize tasks, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions

• Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job
• Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
• Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs
• Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner
