About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- A Professional Services Recruiter is a talent acquisition expert who specializes in efficiently placing top-tier candidates in hard-to-fill vacancies
- Responsibilities encompass market research, hiring manager consultation, targeted search, negotiation expertise, and market insights
- Work collaboratively with Managers and Executive Leadership to ascertain long term organizational needs
- Responsible for sourcing and attracting high quality leaders and professional applicants
- Determines acceptability of prospective applicants via a thorough resume/application review and interview screening process
- Works with Talent Acquisition Leadership team to coordinate advertising campaigns related to recruitment and retention
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Seven (7) years professional HR Recruitment experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Three (3) years Professional recruitment, preferably healthcare
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components
- Ability to manage competing demands and accept criticism
- Knowledge and extensive past use of a server-based applicant tracking system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications and the use of email
- Must be Internet savvy and experienced in sourcing candidates
