About the role
- Facilitate all levels of nursing care provided to patients
- Assist Clinical Nurses with day-to-day problem solving
- Ensure accountability for care delivery and patient flow
- Coordinate activities of nursing staff and manage unit operations
- Provides expert patient care
Requirements
- Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
- BSN in nursing or within three (3) years of hire
- Masters Degree (Nursing or other if possessing a BSN) within five (5) years of hire (preferred)
- Three (3) years of direct care RN nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Charge Nurse or supervisory experience (preferred)
