Own end-to-end internal ELT data pipelines: from API ingestion all the way to self-serve dashboards.
Build and maintain canonical data models and metric definitions (for product adoption, usage, and marketing metrics).
Build dashboards and shared analytics tools to support decision making, data-driven content, and self-serve BI.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to translate business questions into data requirements.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance of data pipelines.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering supporting product teams.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science is preferred.
Strong proficiency with SQL and Python.
Experience with ELT data pipeline tooling and systems (e.g. dbt, Airflow, BigQuery).
Experience with schema design and evolution for internal data warehouses.
Ownership mindset and an ability to drive projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
