Customer Support

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and internal support tickets from client-facing teams via email, recorded screenshares, live video calls, and internal channels
• Handle complex, high-context customer issues that require investigation, explanation, and coordination across teams
• Work directly with customers to troubleshoot setup, data health issues, and product-related questions
• Identifies educational gaps in how customers understand the platform and works to close those gaps through documentation, product changes, improved onboarding, or better explanations
• Collaborates closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering—working cross-functionally without needing deep backend expertise—and understands when to escalate technical or product-level issues with clear context and detailed reproduction steps
• Proactively recommend and help implement improvements to support workflows, documentation, tooling, or handoff processes
• Surface patterns in customer pain points and provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering
• This role will help shape how support operates and scales over time

Lead Support Specialist

Technical Customer Success

• Lead the end-to-end implementation for new customers, acting as the primary technical guide from kickoff through go-live
• Configure product settings, permissions, and workflows
• Subject matter expert for API integrations and data migration
• Troubleshoot setup issues and coordinate with Support or Engineering as needed
• Own onboarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage customer expectations and keep implementations on track
• Communicate progress, risks, and next steps clearly
• Train customers on product functionality and best practices
• Ensure customers understand how to achieve their desired outcomes
• Document configurations and onboarding decisions for handoff to CS
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support
• Provide feedback on onboarding friction, product gaps, and common blockers
• Contribute to onboarding documentation and implementation playbooks

Technical Implementation Specialist

Data Scientist

• Support the development and evolution of marketing intelligence products
• Contribute to core systems that help businesses understand marketing effectiveness
• Operate across the full lifecycle—from researching to productionizing models
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Insights, Product, Engineering and Design
• Build, improve, and maintain production-grade data science models
• Enhance the accuracy and robustness of existing MMM pipelines
• Design and implement optimization algorithms
• Analyze customer measurement data to surface insights
• Explain statistical concepts and troubleshoot measurement issues
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders

Staff Data Scientist

QA Automation Engineer

• Shadow teams across marketing, sales, product, finance, and ops to understand workflows end-to-end
• Run automation and AI audits to identify repetitive, high-friction processes
• Translate vague problems (“this takes too long”) into clear automation opportunities
• Design and build no-code / low-code workflows using tools like n8n, Gumloop, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Langflow, Relevance AI, and similar platforms
• Integrate internal and external systems via APIs, webhooks, JSON, and light scripting
• Leverage Northbeam data and APIs to power intelligent workflows and agents
• Move successful experiments into production-ready systems
• Monitor performance, reliability, and edge cases
• Document workflows clearly so others can understand, extend, and maintain them
• Build AI-driven workflows for lead generation and enrichment, campaign and creative research, competitive intelligence, sales and marketing enablement
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Sales to unlock new leverage with automation
• Push boundaries and explore new AI agent patterns
• Build scrappy internal tools that give Northbeam an unfair advantage
• Stay on top of emerging AI, automation, and agent frameworks and apply them pragmatically

AI Operations Automation Engineer

Support Engineer

• Act as the first line of support for technical issues raised via support tickets, Slack channels, or through Customer Success Managers, communicating clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
• Work directly with customers to integrate Northbeam into their ecommerce and analytics infrastructure, or to assess and resolve issues when troubleshooting is required.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues by analyzing customer implementations, including scripts such as Pixels and Orders APIs.
• Own data quality issues end-to-end, partnering with internal teams to address proactively flagged issues and working with customers to resolve them.
• Escalate complex or product-level issues to Engineering when appropriate, providing clear context and reproduction details.
• Continuously improve external-facing documentation to enable smoother onboarding and more self-serve customer workflows.

Director, Data Science

• Own the end-to-end sales process from initial lead contact, to demo, discovery, navigating stakeholders and processes, and finally through agreement signing

Enterprise Sales Director

• Own end-to-end internal ELT data pipelines: from API ingestion all the way to self-serve dashboards.
• Build and maintain canonical data models and metric definitions (for product adoption, usage, and marketing metrics).
