Senior Fullstack Engineer, TypeScript

Marketing

• Brand Identity Management: Together with our trusted external agency, our Brand and Creative Operations Manager and our product marketing and messaging team, you will develop, maintain, and evolve brand identity guidelines, including logos, color palettes, typography, and overall visual systems.
• Creative Asset Creation: Design a wide range of marketing materials for both digital and print media, such as website graphics, social media assets, email templates, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and event collateral.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers, copywriters, product teams, and engineers, to translate marketing strategies and business objectives into high-impact visual stories.
• Conceptualization and Storytelling: Participate in creative brainstorms and develop original design concepts that resonate with the target audience and drive action.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project deadlines.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present and articulate creative ideas and design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and refining designs as needed.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand's creative output remains fresh and innovative.

Customer Support

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and internal support tickets from client-facing teams via email, recorded screenshares, live video calls, and internal channels
• Handle complex, high-context customer issues that require investigation, explanation, and coordination across teams
• Work directly with customers to troubleshoot setup, data health issues, and product-related questions
• Identifies educational gaps in how customers understand the platform and works to close those gaps through documentation, product changes, improved onboarding, or better explanations
• Collaborates closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering—working cross-functionally without needing deep backend expertise—and understands when to escalate technical or product-level issues with clear context and detailed reproduction steps
• Proactively recommend and help implement improvements to support workflows, documentation, tooling, or handoff processes
• Surface patterns in customer pain points and provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering
• This role will help shape how support operates and scales over time

• Lead the end-to-end implementation for new customers, acting as the primary technical guide from kickoff through go-live
