About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the full project lifecycle for multiple technology-driven and strategic initiatives.
Manage software launches, technical migrations, strategic business shifts, and internal process improvements.
Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Finance, Product, and Operations departments.
Identify and implement improved internal workflows and processes.
Translate leadership’s business goals into actionable project plans with milestones and deadlines.
Identify red flags and bottlenecks and facilitate decisions to keep projects moving.
Ensure projects remain focused on measurable business value.
Balance scope, build accurate schedules, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of project management experience in a technology-driven environment
Experience managing technical and non-technical projects
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management frameworks
Experience in fintech or the payments industry is highly preferred
PMP or Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are preferred but not required
Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Google Workspace
Proven ability to stay productive and keep teams motivated in a remote or hybrid environment
Up to 10% travel required
