Business Development Director – Wholesale ISO Recruitment
NorthBusiness Development Director responsible for recruiting Wholesale ISOs and growing sales revenue for an end-to-end payment solutions company. Engage with clients and attend industry events while offering tailored payment solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit and develop new Wholesale ISOs via self generated leads
- Sign, activate and grow sales partners in their first 12 months with NAB
- Grow revenue within existing accounts using value selling methods
- Understand products and services of North and affiliates and provide value based sales skills to secure additional revenue
- Conduct effective negotiations pertaining to schedule A, new partner contract etc.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven direct merchant services sales experience recruiting Wholesale ISOs
- Previous experience successfully managing to a revenue quota
- Solid understanding of merchant services industry
- Track record of growing revenue
