About the role

  • Evaluate financial issues and data.
  • Provide analysis and other support to various members of the management team
  • Prepare month end financial presentations, including performing variance analysis and providing commentary
  • Provide recommendations on business decisions such as pricing.
  • Periodically measure the performance of past decisions
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts
  • Organize and structure workload to meet daily, weekly, monthly, & annual deadlines
  • Perform client account reconciliations, including identifying, evaluating, and resolving issues and concerns
  • Assist with monthly P/L and cost analysis
  • Perform Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum three years of experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS Office / Google Suite
  • Detailed oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to perform with minimum supervision and make decisions independently.
