About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the planning and execution of trade shows in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Support the planning and tracking of marketing budgets, process invoices, and assist with monthly reporting.
  • Own the social media content calendar and execution across multiple brands and platforms.
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, case studies, customer testimonials, and other marketing assets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain website content.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, pricing analysis, and market insights to guide decision-making.
  • Support the planning and communication of NWR's ESG initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional planning, follow-through, and execution skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Passion for marketing, innovation, and creating meaningful brand experiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) is an asset.
  • Experience with Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or other social media management platforms is an asset.
