About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute a statewide digital marketing and outreach strategy.
Create and manage multimedia content including videos, graphics, podcasts, and social media posts.
Maintain and update program websites in compliance with accessibility and performance standards.
Design marketing collateral such as flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Support outreach events through targeted digital campaigns and promotional content.
Analyze digital performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies.
Produce employment-focused digital tools for clients (e.g., video resumes, online portfolios).
Collaborate with recruiting and program staff to align messaging and outreach efforts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

US Citizen with the ability to pass a Federal background check
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or multimedia production
