About the role

  • Provides functional and technical expertise to support mission-critical DoD casualty and personnel systems.
  • Serves as the primary liaison between functional stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams.
  • Ensures system capabilities align with operational requirements, statutory reporting needs, and user expectations.
  • Leads requirements analysis, business process improvement, data validation, and user engagement activities.
  • Supports system modernization, cloud migration, and ongoing operations within a secure AWS GovCloud environment.
  • Operates within an Agile and DevSecOps framework and supports compliance with DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), cybersecurity requirements, and Zero Trust principles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise IT systems.
  • Experience eliciting and documenting functional and technical requirements.
  • Experience supporting Agile software development and DevSecOps environments.
  • Experience conducting business process analysis and developing workflow documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting requirements, and system integration projects.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise systems and modern application architectures.
  • Knowledge of DoD or federal IT environments and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
