About the role
- Design and maintain an enterprise-grade database aligned to STIG requirements
- Implement mandatory field validation and data integrity controls
- Support sustainment activities, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Ensure performance/scalability for high-sensitivity personnel data
- Oversee DoD standards regarding compliance and data integrity throughout the rebuild lifecycle
Requirements
- Experience managing enterprise databases supporting production systems
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience
- Be a US citizen
- An active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one
