About the role

  • Provide a positive and friendly customer service experience
  • Provide timely updates to the client regarding call status and resolution plan
  • Perform a variety of software installations including remote technician, antivirus, POS software, and change of services (COS)
  • Continuous improvement of client support service quality and efficiency
  • Prioritize and quickly access customer information, history analysis, and research internal/external databases to identify and execute resolutions
  • Working with and establishing rapport with vendors

Requirements

  • Minimum of a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience in the POS, hospitality, grocery, or call center industries strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook required
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and data entry skills required
  • Computer software and hardware knowledge preferred
  • Network connectivity and related software experience preferred
  • Experience in retail, grocery, or hospitality industries is a plus
