About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain media and influencer contact lists
- Identify and engage influencers for partnerships
- Support PR campaigns, publicity materials, and influencer kits
- Assemble PR kits and track campaign performance
- Assist with brand activations and events
- Manage LinkedIn and Instagram content
- Coordinate VIP events, including invitations, communications, and onsite support
- Manage donation requests, tracking, approvals, and fulfillment
- Partner with IT, Supply Chain, Audit, and Finance to collect and submit EPR data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, HR, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
- Experience with events, social media, and cross-functional coordination
- Occasional evening/event work.
