About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain media and influencer contact lists
  • Identify and engage influencers for partnerships
  • Support PR campaigns, publicity materials, and influencer kits
  • Assemble PR kits and track campaign performance
  • Assist with brand activations and events
  • Manage LinkedIn and Instagram content
  • Coordinate VIP events, including invitations, communications, and onsite support
  • Manage donation requests, tracking, approvals, and fulfillment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, HR, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Experience with events, social media, and cross-functional coordination
  • Occasional evening/event work.
