About the role
- Process and track multiple incentive programs, offers, and marketing claims, ensuring timely reporting and proof of execution
- Process a high volume of claims using CRM systems, data analytics, and other enterprise tools
- Provide high-quality support to key partners and internal teams
- Hold partners and internal teams accountable for deliverables
- Act as a subject matter expert on program specifics for both partners and internal teams
- Ensure claims and payments are accurate and compliant with audit standards
- Provide data analysis and reporting for internal and external business reviews
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in operations, incentives, partner programs, or marketing/sales support
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with high-volume transactional workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with enterprise toolsets such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- High attention to detail with a passion for quality and process management
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with global teams
