About the role

  • Process and track multiple incentive programs, offers, and marketing claims, ensuring timely reporting and proof of execution
  • Process a high volume of claims using CRM systems, data analytics, and other enterprise tools
  • Provide high-quality support to key partners and internal teams
  • Hold partners and internal teams accountable for deliverables
  • Act as a subject matter expert on program specifics for both partners and internal teams
  • Ensure claims and payments are accurate and compliant with audit standards
  • Provide data analysis and reporting for internal and external business reviews

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in operations, incentives, partner programs, or marketing/sales support
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort with high-volume transactional workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with enterprise toolsets such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • High attention to detail with a passion for quality and process management
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with global teams
