About the role

  • Administrative & accounting support: Invoice verification and entry; assistance with tracking invoices and accounting documents; handling client queries related to billing; preparation, verification and integration of accounting documents.
  • Payroll & personnel administration support: Assistance with verifying and entering variable payroll items; support for administrative management of employee files; generation of documents and certificates using mail merge.
  • HR & development support: Entry and monitoring of training activities within the training plan; assistance in producing HR statistics; preparation of administrative documents related to training; contribution to improving the onboarding experience for new employees.

Requirements

  • Currently studying HR, management, administration or accounting (equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+4)
  • Methodical and well-organized
  • Comfortable with office software (Excel in particular)
  • Discreet when handling sensitive data
  • Eager to learn and to explore a variety of topics
  • A prior internship or work-study experience is a plus but not required.
