About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Place safety first.
- Load lengths of aluminum extrusions onto load table.
- Hooking of parts for painting.
- Unloading lengths of aluminum extrusions after painting.
- Maintain all the required standards for meeting or exceeding production goals.
- Read work instructions and interpret production drawings.
- All other duties as directed by the department shift leader or manager.
Requirements
What you’ll need- The ability to work any shift is required.
- Successful score on job skills assessment.
- Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 130 lbs. on a repetitive basis, with a partner.
- Must have the ability to stand on hard surfaces while working up to 12 hours.
- Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (hot/cold).
- Manufacturing Experience is desirable.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively, with fluency in English preferred.
