About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare regular trading position reports, including price exposure and mark-to-market reporting
- Execute and oversee IFRS 9 derivative accounting entries for B&A commercial entities, ensuring compliance with the accounting standard
- Assess the need for fair value accounting for specific trades
- Prepare weekly variance analyses and explanations
- Support the Finance Manager in the financial evaluation of investments and commercial proposals
- Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts for the legal entity HAISA and in preparing HAISA’s quarterly Board of Directors meetings
- Assist the Commercial Finance team in the monthly and quarterly close process with specific tasks according to the checklist
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Significant experience in Financial Analysis and Accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance, with experience in financial derivatives and their accounting treatment
- Proficiency in digital applications and solutions (ERP, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office, including Power BI)
- Fluency in English; French is a plus
