Key responsibilities & impact

Drive operational excellence within the Sales and Marketing organisation
Act as a key business partner to Sales and Marketing leadership
Lead, develop, and supervise the Customer Service and Logistics teams
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Support new business development
Manage and administer marketing and offtake agreements
Oversee third-party imports of aluminium and related raw materials
Manage relationships with customs brokers and logistics service providers

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA / BS degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position
Solid understanding of aluminium markets, LME pricing mechanisms, and hedging practices
Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
Strong leadership and influencing skills
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
