Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure that maintenance work is conducted safely, meets quality standards, and stays within budget and timelines
Implement preventive maintenance plans and preservation activities, including lubrication, inspections, testing, and PMD
Utilize predictive measures to enhance reliability
Act swiftly to address breakdowns and unexpected issues
Implement and support continuous reliability improvement standards and practices
Assist in planned work preparation to minimize unplanned downtime and enhance machine performance
Maintain the upkeep of facilities and grounds
Ensure compliance with state regulations regarding water discharge

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role
Bachelor’s degree in engineering degree preferred or combination of technical school and experience in similar role
Spanish-speaking skills are preferred but not required
Basic understanding of safety principles and risk recognition
Familiarity with quality standards and housekeeping/organizational skills
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of CMMS, MVP, and blueprint reading
Understanding of PLCs and proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
Ability to obtain project estimates and experience in project management
