Key responsibilities & impact

Process customer purchase orders, including order entry, acknowledgment, part setup, and pricing verification.
Manage customer accounts and handle communications via phone and email.
Adapt and provide support for additional accounts as needed.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Enter purchase order requisitions.
Report and resolve customer complaints.
Maintain organized files.

Requirements

What you’ll need

HSD or GED
Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Working knowledge of AS400 is an asset
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in handling customer interactions via telephone and email
Highly organized, self-starter, and detail oriented
Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
Strong math skills
