Human Resources Assistant II
Norsk HydroHR Associate responsible for employee support through email, chat, phone, and in-person at Hydro in Brazil. Supporting various HR processes and ensuring quality and compliance.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide employee support via multiple channels, including email, chat, phone and in person
- Support HR processes such as vacation, electronic timekeeping, payslips, benefits, new hires and internal transfers
- Ensure accuracy, compliance and timeliness of information provided, contributing to an improved employee experience
- Assist with onboarding, admissions and termination formalities by organizing documents, performing data entry and monitoring operational steps
- Log and track incoming requests, liaise with internal departments and contribute to continuous improvements in HR processes and service
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields preferred
- Experience in administrative routines or customer-facing roles
- Experience with HR processes and people management systems preferred
- Knowledge of payroll and personnel administration
- Experience in customer service and employee support
- Ability to manage employee personnel records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with HR systems
