About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide employee support via multiple channels, including email, chat, phone and in person
  • Support HR processes such as vacation, electronic timekeeping, payslips, benefits, new hires and internal transfers
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance and timeliness of information provided, contributing to an improved employee experience
  • Assist with onboarding, admissions and termination formalities by organizing documents, performing data entry and monitoring operational steps
  • Log and track incoming requests, liaise with internal departments and contribute to continuous improvements in HR processes and service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields preferred
  • Experience in administrative routines or customer-facing roles
  • Experience with HR processes and people management systems preferred
  • Knowledge of payroll and personnel administration
  • Experience in customer service and employee support
  • Ability to manage employee personnel records
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with HR systems
