About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and coordinate projects within our aluminum extrusion manufacturing plant
- Manage program timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns
- Communicate all program-related issues and requirements to Hydro Extrusion operations
- Lead efforts to resolve these issues effectively
- Assist in negotiating any commercial or pricing matters
- Ensure the financial success of the program by meeting production goals and monitoring associated costs
- Identify and plan for personnel needs to support the program's success
- Explore new business opportunities, whether through existing programs or other channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-year relevant experience, preferably a manufacturing environment
- PMP
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making
- Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in blueprint reading
- Familiarity with APQP and IATF standards
